Remove `lucy-2.1-vton` and the `lucy-vton` alias from the C++ realtime model registry and the public docs comment. Keep `lucy-2.1-vton-2` as the supported legacy VTON2 alias. Aligns the C++ SDK with the JS SDK (DecartAI/sdk#177).
