Full vault sync and collab

• You can now connect your entire vault to a screen.garden collection.
• Doing so will sync everything in your vault—notes and files—for teams or those working solo.

Other fixes

• We've also fixed a few small issues, including one which caused some Android clients to disconnect during sync.
