This adds support for WASM builds by updating
logrusandpq. I've opted for the least amount of version bumps needed. This adds the Makefile entry as well as fixes the shebang inupdate-codegen.shto be consistent with the other scripts (it wasn't working on NixOS).I put up #3053 some time ago, but didn't get much traction. This PR would close the issue.
