Committing Blazor web app component from Chip to Date Picker.

Description

Updated the Getting Started – Blazor Web App section.
Completed: Chip, Circular Gauge, Color Picker, Combo Box, Context Menu, Dashboard Layout, Data Manager, Data Grid, Data Form, Date Picker.
Simplified the package installation steps to make setup easier.
Added clear steps to open a Razor file and include the component with the correct render mode.
Also added simple steps to run the application for a better user experience.
