- Enable Quarto llms-txt generation (llms.txt + per-page .llms.md) - Migrate 8 live demos to new hosts (5 Posit Connect Cloud, 3 HF Spaces) - Label templates with demos as "demo" and the rest as "video" - Remove stale demo links/iframes from the 9 video templates (keep GitHub button)
