And clean up some of the code
i.e. there is no rotation in the transform.

Axis-aligned rasters will be faster at the cost of slower rotated rasters.
It rarely triggered and was not needed anyway.

Most are small but add up for large data sets.
Future changes should explore PDL to process the values.
