Summary

  • Adds docs/comparison/ with an index hub + five honest two-sided comparisons (dbt Semantic Layer, Malloy, LookML / Looker, Cube, AtScale)
  • Each page follows the same structure: TL;DR, modeling philosophy, concept mapping, headline features, metric types, joins, data modeling topology, dialects, APIs, gap analysis in both directions
  • Surfaces OBSL's multi-rooted DAG + named secondary join paths as a recurring differentiator across all comparisons
  • Updates docs/guide/osi.md to lead with the open-semantic-interchange.org definition and link
  • Wires the new section into mkdocs.yml nav and the README documentation table

Docs-only — no code, no API change, no version bump needed. Already deployed to https://ralforion.com/orionbelt-semantic-layer/comparison/.

Test plan

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Honest, two-sided comparisons (TL;DR, modeling, metric types, joins,
data modeling topology, dialects, APIs, gap analyses both directions)
with an at-a-glance index matrix. Surfaces OBSL's multi-rooted DAG
and named secondary join paths as a recurring differentiator.

OSI Interoperability guide updated to lead with the
open-semantic-interchange.org site and a one-line definition;
comparison index references it once at the bottom.
