This is probably from some formatter. For bidders headings start at h3, so this should be reverted

I found the culprit. The markdown linter changed it's behaviour if there's a title property in the fontmatter meta data.

So you change is correct. I fixed the general styling in another PR.
Hit save in your editor and it should come out correct
