Removes the oldest OpenSSL 3.x builder to stay within the 2-per-series limit following the addition of standard-builder-with-openssl-3.6.2. OpenSSL 3.6.0 and 3.6.2 remain available.

Removes the oldest OpenSSL 3.x builder to stay within the 2-per-series limit after the addition of
standard-builder-with-openssl-3.6.2. OpenSSL 3.6.0 and 3.6.2 remain available.Existing tagged images on ghcr.io are left intact — they simply stop receiving updates, since the builder is no longer wired into the rebuild workflow.
