SuperSerpent Version-0.2-Alpha For Linux aarch64

This is the aarch64 version for Linux, it is still using the same codebase with previous builds.

SHA256 of SuperSerpent_aarch64_a02 is:

In next all new releases, the aarch64 version will be always included.
