What's new

  • /claudify:update — new skill that refreshes CLAUDE.md files using claude-md-management@claude-plugins-official. If the plugin isn't installed, it tells you how to install it.
  • Auto-hook — /claudify:init now writes a PostToolUse hook to .claude/settings.json that reminds you to run /claudify:update whenever a .md file is modified.

What's new

  • REWRITE action type — when /claudify:init finds an existing .claude/ file that's bloated or poorly structured (e.g. a 400-line CLAUDE.md), it now proposes a REWRITE rather than silently overwriting
  • Before/after diff in the plan — for every REWRITE, the plan shows the proposed new file content verbatim before asking for confirmation
  • All 5 documented example use cases are now fully covered, including "Existing .claude/ but poor quality"
