Could you break up the changes into an ### Updated and ### Added subsections?
Also, could you move any of the references to PR 220 (staramr updates) out of the 0.10.2 section and under the 0.10.3 section (and remove any duplicate statements if there are any).

0.10.2 was released on March 12 (https://github.com/phac-nml/mikrokondo/releases/tag/0.10.2). Could you add the date after the version number here so it matches the other releases?
