get more than the top protein sequence

When I run isovar, I get back only the top protein sequence even when I increase the value of --max-protein-sequences-per-variant to more than 1.

Is there a way to get all the protein sequences in the results and not only the top one?
That would be very useful.

I confirm this. I already found one mutation in gene having two wild splicing variants with frame shift, and isovar shows only one of them which is shorter and probably rarer (chr19 g.10113850C>T PPAN-P2RY11;P2RY11).
