Completes the page-editor block configuration (builds on #1491/#1492).

Configurable panels for the remaining content blocks with authorable props: page:accordion (items), record:path (statusField + stages), record:quick_actions (actionNames + location), ai:chat_window / ai:input (agent + placeholder). Every page-content block in the palette is now configurable; pure containers (page:section, page:footer, page:sidebar, element:divider) correctly have no panel.
Prune shell-singleton blocks from the page palette: app:launcher, global:notifications, user:profile — these are provided by the app shell, not authored as page content. Existing pages render unchanged (renderers untouched); they just aren't offered as new blocks.

Browser-verified: palette no longer lists the 3 shell blocks (nav:menu/global:search kept); record:path shows Status field + Stages array editor. Unit tests (5).
