Survey release

Source code and binaries release for the Survey, cleaned from authors' implementation.

There are two binaries for Windows in this release. The first one (app-metrics.zip) has been compiled using Qt 6.8 for MSVC2022. You might need to install the VC redistributables, included in the zip file (vc_redist.x64.exe). Alternatively, you can also try the version compiled using Qt 6.8 for MinGW 13.1.

For convenience, terrain presets are in a separate zip file and the application is distributed with only one example terrain. You can download the terrains-presets.zip file, unpack it, and copy the terrains folder into the app directory.
