CardDAV Contact Sync

• Automatically sync contacts from PST to CardDAV server after email import
• Supports all contact fields: name, emails, phone numbers, addresses, company, title
• Email addresses properly extracted via MAPI named properties

Improvements

• State file preserved until contacts sync completes (prevents email duplication if interrupted during contact sync)
• Only processes contacts from Contacts folders (skips deleted items)
