feat(WC): Add teams for the Quarter Final

Scope

No ticket, but it'd be nice to show the actual teams for the Quarter Final once we know them.

Important

Both matches that feed into this one are on July 4. My plan is, at some point either late on July 4 or early on July 5, to update the teams field in this PR to reference the teams that will actually be playing, and then merge and deploy this PR. This should not be merged until we know who the actual teams will be!

Implementation

• Pre-emptively add the Canada circle-flag icon, since they're in one of the Round of 16 games that feeds into our Quarter Final match.
  • (Their opponent is Morocco, whose flag we already have, since they played here during the earlier matches.)
  • (The other Round of 16 game is Paraguay vs France, both of whom have also already played here)

How to test

Look at the world cup timetable page.

Try changing the teams field associated with the Quarter Final match, and see the team names and flags update. Valid values are :canada, :morocco, :france, and :paraguay.

You may need to remove your _build directory or blow away your docker images in order to get the Canada circle-flag icon to show up.
