small updates from additional review

• update some small exception statements for clarity
• changed predict_org() from 0/1 to False/True
• added issue Update SQL statements to use prepared statements #11 to change f string to prepared statements for sql statement
• added issue implement parallel processing for clean_address #12 to actually implement the batching
• fix markdown issue in docs/

question

• we are not currently using predict_org. I think we should remove this as it was a relic of the who owns chicago work but i know you are using it for network analysis things to wanted to flag before i removed! @divij-sinha
