ssh monitor notify

1. giving token from botfather in bale massenger
2. copy .env-sample to .env
3. replace token and your user_id in bale in .env file
4. run pip3 install -r requirements.txt
5. run python3 main.py
6. try to login to your system with ssh and check your chat with bot
