- Add missing 'Topics' column to 954 CSV files that had only 5 columns - Convert acceptance rate from decimal (0-1) to percentage (0-100) across all 1396 data files - All 2350 CSVs now have consistent 6-column headers: Difficulty, Title, Frequency, Acceptance Rate, Link, Topics
