借鉴加州大学的模板，我写了一个适用于西北工业大学信件的一个模板，此模板可以用于邀请信或者其他场合。

编译问题

中英文均可以使用XeLaTex编译通过，英文还可以使用pdfLatex编译。

Complication

English and Chinese version could be complied using XeLaTex. Otherwise, English version is also support pdfLatex compiler.
