• add a complete, self-contained Xquik X data research skill
• cover REST, remote MCP, exports, monitors, webhooks, and evidence workflows
• add paid-call approval, write confirmation, secret handling, and untrusted-content guards
• replace unusable installer guidance with the official source archive and the repository's actual Markdown skill workflow
• rebuild the branch from the current upstream base as one signed commit

Independent Repository Fix

The base README mixes platform-agnostic Markdown skills with executable installer guidance that the repository does not provide. Its badge image returns HTTP 404, its Linux and support text point to a bundled ZIP, and its Issues guidance conflicts with disabled repository issues.

This PR restores a working Shields badge, uses GitHub's official current-source archive, documents copying complete skill directories, and aligns support guidance with CONTRIBUTING.md.

Repository issues are disabled, so the immutable defect evidence is the README at base commit f282194.
