Update Reading Options page

Good amount of changes. Making the page generally tighter, more fit for purpose and also fixing some clear mistakes and oversights!

Some things that are included:

• Clear emphasis on "Send-to-Kindle" for Kindle users
• Kobo and Nook promoted to top-level sections
• Fixing error of suggesting that EPUB can be USB transferred onto Kindles.
• "AI Help" → "Still need help?"
• progressive disclosure for "Kobo Dropbox" and "Google Play Books" advice
• good amount of smaller wording improvements

etc. etc.

I suggest to just have a look at the page when it's rendered. speaks for itself.

note that many changes are expected in the next 6 months, PDF, KEPUB, favored apps.

lets please make sure that this page stays lean and to-the-point from now on. Imo it's wordiness and lack of simplicity was a real problem before the recent changes (in addition to actual oversights and mistakes that is).

I'm still tinkering with the Kindle section. Probably finish later today.

split Kindle into "Newer" and "Older" section and tightened some more. I think this is ready to be tried on dev now.
