This PR regenerates code to match the latest API Definition.

Overview
Updates the generated ElevenLabs Python SDK to 2.44.0 (including dependency bumps like packaging), and refreshes reference.md to match the latest API definition.

Adds new API surface area: conversational_ai.tools.executions.get for listing tool executions, conversational_ai.secrets.get plus secrets.list(search=...), and workspace.usage.get_usage_by_product_over_time for analytics.

Extends/adjusts existing endpoints and models: adds detect_speaker_roles to speech-to-text, adds sharing_mode filtering to test listing, introduces response_mocks for MCP tool configs, and updates/renames several exported types (e.g., QualityPresetType, split input/output config override types) while removing avatar_context from docs and marking an older usage endpoint as deprecated.
