This PR regenerates code to match the latest API Definition.

Regeneration changes public SDK behavior/signatures (defaulting api_key from env and returning str bodies for some endpoints), which may impact downstream callers despite being localized to client plumbing.

Overview
Regenerates the Fern Python SDK and bumps the package version to 2.42.1 (with updated Fern CLI metadata).

Behavior changes: ElevenLabs/AsyncElevenLabs now default api_key from ELEVENLABS_API_KEY, and the Conversational AI knowledge_base.documents.get_content and twilio.register_call endpoints now return response text (str) instead of None (raw clients populate data with _response.text).

Documentation/examples are updated accordingly (including removal of safety_identifier from studio.create_podcast examples), and AGENTS.md is removed.

Looks good now 👍 Similarly to elevenlabs/elevenlabs-js#371 (comment) I think we close this PR and regenerate on Monday as we want ~ 1 release per week.
