Adds the new elastic/oblt-cli-buildkite-plugin repository to the observability (“obs”) active repository allowlist so it can participate in the same automation/token-policy setup as the other oblt-* repos.
Changes:
- Register
elastic/oblt-cli-buildkite-pluginin the obs active repositories list. - Assign a workflow token policy (
token-policy-ebea9d1bc665) for the new repo.
