Description

A 'Recently Interacted Submissions' using localstorage.
Created a LocalStorageService
Created a RecentlyInteractedTaskService

How Has This Been Tested?

Not yet, still drafted.

Testing Ideas:

• Simulate using localstorage.
• Test when localstorage is empty.
• Test with duplicate submissions
• Test when working correctly
