-Between May 15 and August 15 Arch hack is overwritten. -Makes hacking and unhacking arch times less crutial.

was getting weird hours from SoA due to hours being placed outside if
-created basic GUI which allows for bypassing the arch summer hours hack. -also allows for quick view of hours,news,guides list
-Added connection of GUI -SoA hack no longer necessary but now located on line 287 when bypassing the GUI

-Added optional GUI functionality which can be used to bypass the arch summer hours hack as week as allow for minor debugging.
-Summer hours hack is still used when running write_library tied to the IS_SUMMER variable
-Updated fr&en messages.po and messages.pot files
-Added a new page button on the top bar of the which allows for navigation to the new version of the site
