fix: remove leading slashes in .chezmoiignore - #324
Conversation
chezmoi uses doublestar for parsing the ignore file and explicitly prohibits leading slashes. This commit removes them to fix fatal init errors, and also preserves the negation (`!`) for negated paths (like the Spotify config). Fixes the
invalid pathfatal errors that were causing thechezmoi initGitHub Action to fail.chezmoiusesdoublestarfor parsing its.chezmoiignorefile, which explicitly prohibits leading slashes (e.g.,/*.MD).This PR removes all leading slashes in the file. Additionally, it ensures that negated paths (like
!/.config/spotify/...) retain their!modifier so they continue to be correctly tracked, resolving the problem without causing regressions.PR created automatically by Jules for task 6446634600778936672 started by @arran4
