Order of preference should be 1) individual, 2) organization, 3) free.

Whilst I generally agree that free should be the least preferable option instead of the most, it's swapping 1 hack for another. The real solution would allow the user to pick which profile to use (or at very least which order of preference), instead of assuming which order of preference applies to everyone. |
