Adiciona o Steam Rating, um plugin do Millennium que permite aos usuários avaliar jogos da Biblioteca Steam com classificações de meia estrela e marcar jogos concluídos com contagens de vezes que foram concluídos.

unable to test plugin fails to build

Thanks for checking this. I reproduced the build failure with the PluginDatabase workflow path: with the latest pnpm, pnpm install was blocking the @parcel/watcher build script. I added pnpm-workspace.yaml using pnpm 11's allowBuilds setting and updated the submodule to b9b71a0ab633404734a11b40ab07a5f8ee3afcee.

Verified from a clean GitHub clone with:

• NODE_ENV=production pnpm install
• NODE_ENV=production pnpm run build

Both commands now pass.
