No (see https://github.com/SparkPost/Momentum/pull/1226#discussion_r3250570556). Neither Julie did it for the fail-family (#833).

reroute queuedocs to reflect new optional filtering arguments: a single--meta key valueor--header header_name header_lineclause placed before the source domain, plus support for usingallas the source domain to reroute messages from every domain.Adds a new “Selective reroute” section with usage rules, examples, and links to the same matching semantics used by fail-family commands, and records the feature in the Momentum 5.3.0 changelog.
