Add peptide infos to "peptide pair" file

e.g. it would be nice to have Infos like mass and charge in there as well

Mass I can add (peptide1 mass, peptide2 mass and sum)
As for charge - do you want all charge states that the Peptide-pair was observed in?

Indeed, all three individual masses would be nice to have.
For the charge state, a column with all observed charges for a given peptide pair would be good in my opinion.
