I wasn't aware that anyone was using this, but all of these changes look good to me. I don't work at the RIPE NCC anymore, so I don't think I can/should merge it, but hopefully someone over there can hook you up.

Made some changes to be able to run this with current versions. Python 3.8 and Django 3.2.7 at time of writing.
