April 19th, 2023 a hotfix for this release was released, the Yukon.exe file for Windows is a custom build that is built differently to publish without problems over the SLCAN interface. It has a modified version of python-can 4.0.0. The Yukon-linux-x86_64 and Yukon-linux-x86_64_ubuntu-22.04-manjaro executables also have the same fixes.
