sky1: Kconfig cleanup, SOF build fixes, and pinctrl merge

- Remove duplicate ARCH_CIX, ARCH_CIX_EMU/FPGA configs
- Remove broken ARM_CIX_CPUFREQ config and driver
- Merge PINCTRL_SKY1_BASE into PINCTRL_SKY1
- Remove duplicate pinctrl/cix Kconfig source line
- Fix SOF build: add i2s_sc/i2s_mc to dai config union,
  update sky1_remove signature, SOF_IPC -> SOF_IPC_TYPE_3,
  fix MODULE_IMPORT_NS string syntax
