A tiny update meant to fix a large regression in Google AI Studio caused by the new Anti-Censorship addition.

✨ AI Studio Driver

• FIX: Refined the state handler to properly recognize censorship states, never buffer responses anymore after anti-censorship, and forward chunks straight away. - reported by @wowie1012
• FIX: IntenseRP will no longer try to pointlessly edit successful responses.

🖥️ Desktop App

• TWEAK: Some minor button changes in the tools (help & resources) window.

🎈 General

• FIX: Fixed support and Discord links around the app and its docs.
• ADD: @wowie1012 has been added as a contributor.
