The API contract is owned by payment-gateway-api/src/main/resources/openapi/openapi-payment-gateway-v1.yaml.
The backend consumes the shared models from io.labs64:payment-gateway-api
and generates only its Spring server interfaces. An HTTP client is intentionally
outside the current API module scope and will be designed separately.
