Special workspaces in Hyprland receive non-deterministic negative IDs based on creation order at runtime, making numeric key mappings unreliable across reboots. This adds support for named keys (e.g. "special:discord") in workspaceIconMap, with name-based lookup taking priority over numeric ID lookup as a fallback. Closes Jas-SinghFSU#1190

Hey @AlexTrebs , thanks for this PR and for the time you put into it. HyprPanel is being archived in the next couple of weeks in favor of Wayle (context: #1193). Closing this PR since there won't be any further HyprPanel releases. Your branch is unaffected, so anyone forking HyprPanel can pick this up.
