- Spotted when reviewing attachments - Several “empty” footnotes were valid. When footnote text was missing in original print volume, I added an XML comment to this effect. (How to communicate this to the reader though?) When multiple footnote numbers/symbols pointed to the same footnote, we use <note target="#fn-identifier">, without repeating the original @n or text. (Need to check if ODD handles this correctly.) - Moved pb elements outside of otherwise empty note elements
