Sovereignty by Design — Decentralized infrastructure for sovereign data governance

Future Systems Lab

About Future Systems Lab

I design and deploy decentralized infrastructure for sovereign data governance — using regulated behavioral health as a deliberate proving ground for architectures that scale across complex domains.

As a long-term healthcare practitioner with experience operating HIPAA-compliant practice, I built within compliance frameworks before architecting beyond them. As founder of Future Systems Lab, I move from concept to production: on-chain deployments, EIP-191 wallet-gated consent architecture, and infrastructure designed to operate outside HIPAA scope by holding no PHI — a stronger architectural position than compliance, because the regulation doesn't apply when the system never holds the protected data.

I think in systems, across disciplines, at the intersection of governance and user experience.

Behavioral smart contract — Jungian shadow integration enforced by code

Solidity EVM Behavioral UX Sepolia Smart Contract Design

Deployed and verified on Sepolia. Demonstrates behavioral system design using smart contract architecture — mapping a psychological process to contract state, event emission, and enforced sequencing.

Wallet-based identity for participants and Sovereign Guides

Next.js Viem Brave Wallet EIP-191 OIDC TypeScript

Wallet-based authentication and consent patterns using EIP-191 and OIDC standards. Sovereignty-first access control across decentralized health platforms.

Projects & Ecosystem (private — details available upon request)

🧠 Mental Wellness Ecosystem First deployed instance of FSL infrastructure thesis. Tokenized therapeutic engagement platform on Sepolia.

🔒 Decentralized Data Governance Platform Wallet-gated consent architecture with participant data sovereignty.

⛓️ SovereignLedger Session attestation infrastructure — immutable proof that sessions occurred between consenting wallets.

📊 Pharmacovigilance Analytics Multi-source adverse event data pipeline and visualization research.

Technical Skills & Standards

  • Blockchain / Web3: Solidity, EVM, DID/VCs, OIDC4VP, EIP-191, EIP-1193, smart contract auditing
  • Regulation-Aware Architecture: Systems designed to operate outside HIPAA scope by holding no PHI; OpenMRS (OSS contribution context)
  • Security & Governance: Cybersecurity governance, CNCF TAG-Security, Hyperledger Aries, policy-as-code
  • Data & Analytics: PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau, RStudio
  • Product & Architecture: Full-stack Web3 product strategy, decentralized identity, behavioral UX
  • Internal Tooling: Proprietary AI-assisted development automation (internal)

Value Proposition

  • Production deployments across multiple smart contracts — not prototypes, shipped systems
  • End-to-end ownership: consent → identity → token → analytics → audit trail
  • Designs decentralized architecture that sidesteps regulatory burden by never holding the protected data — practitioner credentials inform what NOT to handle
  • Operates at the intersection of product management, clinical knowledge, behavioral science, and blockchain engineering

Access & Repository Policy

Architecture diagrams, Mermaid source files, and supporting documentation are maintained in private, invite-only repositories to protect pre-commercial IP, security design, and governance logic.

Access is available to recruiters, academic reviewers, and partners upon request.
