This enables BitmapData constructed from Assets to be only cached as Hardware BitmapData instead as a default. (or be cached in gpu as the cool kids would say)

Known issues in Friday Night Funkin':

  • Backcard sprite not rendering properly. (This is because it needs Software BitmapData in FlxSpriteUtil to mask the backcard sprite)
