meta-dstack changes since v0.5.8

• meta-nvidia: bump NVIDIA stack to 580.95.05 (RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell CC support) (#56)
• meta-nvidia: install fabricmanager topology files via glob (auto-picks up GB300 + future SKUs)
• dstack.conf: introduce NVIDIA_VERSION and pin PREFERRED_VERSION_{nvidia,nvidia-fabricmanager,libnvidia-nscq} together

Build artifacts

Reproducible guest image tarballs will be uploaded after a clean rebuild on the build host. Run reproduce.sh to verify byte-for-byte reproducibility.
