No content differences, just fixed the Readme

Manual (re)release for GBM v1.2.4

Standard Windows Help CHM format provided. I could also generate Web Help, PDF or docx formats, but they don't look as good.

Not 100% sure about the layout. Any suggestions, I'll update when the next release comes around.
