A live terminal dashboard renders on stderr at startup:

• Status Indicator — Server online / starting

• ⚡ Live Activity — Flashes in real-time when AI reads a resource

💡 TUI renders to stderr; MCP JSON-RPC flows through stdout/stdin — zero interference.
