Bump addressable from 2.8.0 to 2.9.0 in the bundler group across 1 directory - #169

Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: actions/checkout@eef61447b9ff4aafe5dcd4e0bbf5d482be7e7871. Actions will be forced to run with Node.js 24 by default starting June 2nd, 2026. Node.js 20 will be removed from the runner on September 16th, 2026.
