This PR aims to help users scan and identify their chat sessions in the new Agentic UI. This PR adds:
This sets the stage for generating better titles and description automatically with AI. For example, we could use the users initial message to generate a more apt title for the chat. Then, after a few messages, we could generate a short description of the conversation.
