Fix dead API endpoints and cleaning up

Been a while, huh?

• Updated UI to not mention the last-5-accounts anymore (solves Remove 5 most recent players and lookup by ID #7)
• Updated ClassiCube skin url to the new cdn link
• Rewrote a duplicated error message about not being able to get country flags
• Added a Regex filter to strip color codes from server software field to make it human-readable (thanks, AndrewPH)
• Added a dialog box reminding the user to select a server if they pressed play on a blank server. This also prevents a crash
• Added a field to indicate if a server supports the web client
