Any plan to support compiling on macOS 13, for x86_64, github workflow?

Thanks for your great project, it's very helpful.

I want to use ScreenCaptureKit on my macOS 12.7.6, x86_64. But failed to compile since this project uses some API like CADisplayLink which requires macOS 14.

We use github workflow to generate products, but the Virtual Machine of macOS 14 is only arm cpu.
So it's unable to use github workflow without macos 13, x86_64 compiling support.

Hello!

I pushed availability checks for CADisplayLink. It should compile fine if you set mac_os_12_7 feature flag.

Be aware that not all selectors will work on x86_64, selectors that are returning smth larger than pointer size.
Really don't have enough time to support x86_64. I bet on iOS, iPadOs and VisionOs support and they all arm64 and my selectors optimization works very well there.

All C-level api frameworks will work on x86_64 without problems.

About command, it could be shorter cargo b --lib --features blocks,async,dispatch,av,sc,macos_12_3 --no-default-features. ns is required by sc.
