[BUG]Tab Space missing icon

Describe the bug
Tab Space icon is missing after several times of installing/uninstalling it. There is no chance to get this icon visible on the toolbar in Safari (17.5), so I cannot even try how the app works.

Expected behavior
Please correct this error and make Tab Space usable on my mac mini (M2Pro 2023 16GB)
